How soon will you reply?+

Do you build outside WA?+

Yes. We take a small number of interstate and overseas custom commissions each year, on top of our metropolitan Perth practice. Travel and supervision are quoted transparently.

What's your minimum project size?+

Custom builds typically start at AUD $1.2M ex GST in metropolitan Perth. Renovations from around $120k. Consulting engagements have no minimum.

Do you charge for first meetings?+

No. The first conversation is free. Concept work begins once a written engagement letter is signed and is charged at a fixed fee — typically 2–3% of construction value.
